Food carts has become a major trend in the Bay Area for the past couple of years. Now you see them drving and parked from bloc to bloc. But have you ever wondered where this idea came from? How it started? Well, we can all assume that the food truck idea in the Bay Area came from the growing number of taco trucks. And where did taco trucks come from? The idea came from MEXICO.
